Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

by Kim Cassidy
(Burleson)

Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe :0)

  • Bring 1 box (32 oz.) of Chicken Broth, some chopped carrots (2) and (1/2 small) onion to a boil. (by Tiffany - I also added 1 stalk of celery chopped)

  • Add a small bag of egg noodles and cook the noodles in the Chicken Broth mixture. (by Tiffany - I added 1-2 cups of water to cover my noodles)

  • Once the noodles are cooked, add two cans of Cream of Chicken soup and a pint of Heavy Whipping Cream. Add a packet of Ranch Mix and mix together.

Super easy, this is my kind of recipe.

Wow this was great the only thing i changed was i used angel hair pasta and broke it into inch long pieces, and i didnt have enough cream of chicken so i used half cream of chicken and half cream of mushroom and i added chicken chopped into cubes. this was awesome and i made a double batch for our soup kitchen at church, i hope there's enough to take home and eat.

Love this soup

I also used half & half (a little cheaper) & instead of a half a cup of water to help cover noodles i grabbed an extra small can of chicken broth. We absolutely love this and have it at least once every two weeks, if not more than that. I doubled the recipe and fed about 12 people and still had alot left over.

Regarding servings - I didn't measure when I made it, but it has at least 8 (1 bowl) servings, probably more, but I know the three of us ate it three times (more than 1 bowl MAY have been consumed). Hope that helps.

Wow!

Thanks a million Kim! This is my kind of recipe too!! It was delish and very easy to make. I subbed half and half for the cream (because that's what I had) and it still worked great!
