Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

cream cheese fruit dip

This cream cheese fruit dip is addictive, so have plenty of fruit on hand, lest you find yourself eating it with just a spoon.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 8 oz bag of Heath Bits o' Brickle, toffee bits (found near chocolate chips in your grocery store)

Directions:

Combine the first four ingredients and use an electric mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the toffee bits.

Serve with a variety of fresh cut fruit, such as apples, strawberries, oranges, kiwi, pineapple, and grapes.
