Cream Cheese Chili Dip Recipe

You've got to try this Cream Cheese Chili Dip Recipe submitted by Stephanie from Oregon. It was absolutely wonderful...and hint hint...it makes a great topping for your hot dog, too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 15 oz. can chili

  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese

  • Shredded Chedder Cheese

  • Tortilla Chips, Fritos Scoops work great, but all are good

Directions:

In a microwave proof bowl, preferable wider than deeper, empty package of cream cheese. Line the inside of the bottom with the cream cheese.

Pour on can of chili over cream cheese. Top with shredded cheese.

Put in microwave until cheese on top melts, normally 4-5 minutes.

Stir lightly until cream cheese is mixed with chili. Enjoy as a dip with your tortilla chips!



Optional: Sprinkle a little fresh chopped cilantro on top
