Cream Broccoli Recipe
A side dish recipe for adults and kids!
It can be difficult to get kids to eat their 3-5 servings of vegetables per day, heck it's hard to get most adults to eat them! This cream broccoli recipe tastes so good, your children will forget it's vegetables. Did I mention it's easy too? Ingredients: - 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions: Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain. Add soup, cheese, butter, and pepper. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings. Eventually I'll create a whole section of this website for kids food ideas. I hope you'll visit often as my website grows!
