Cranberry Barbeque Wings

Ingredients for Cranberry Barbeque Wings:

  • 2 pounds chicken short wings (drummettes)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray foil-lined pan with cooking

spray. Place wings on foil and cover with more foil. Bake at

375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix

well. Remove wings from oven. Uncover, turn wings over; pour

off any drippings. Spoon sauce mixture over wings. Bake,

uncovered, an additional 20 minutes, turning once and brushing

with sauce. Serve wings warm with sauce from pan. Serves about

16.
