Cornbread Salad

To make this Cornbread Salad, you'll need:

• 1 pkg yellow cornbread mix
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup real mayonnaise
• 1 small tomato, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 small bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1 Tbs. sugar
• 1 Tbs. mustard
• 1/2 tsp. salt

Simple Directions:

Cook cornbread as directed. Cool completely, then crumble it up

in a bowl. Add all of the other ingredients; chill and serve.
