Coffee Punch Recipe

This coffee punch recipe is delicious! You can really step up your next get together, baby shower, wedding shower or wedding reception by having something different. This is it!

You need:

  • 1/2 cup instant coffee crystals
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 cups of hot water
  • 8 cups of whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (use Mexican vanilla if you can)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Instructions:

  1. Combine instant coffee crystals, sugar and hot water in a large pitcher. Stir until coffee crystals and sugar are dissolved. Cool mixture to room temperature.
  2. Add milk, vanilla extract, and chocolate syrup. Stir to combine ingredients. Chill mixture.

  3. Pour into a large punch bowl and top wih scoops of softened ice cream.

Hint:This recipe could easily be converted into an alcoholic punch drink with a slight modification. Simply delete the coffee crystals, and add 2 cups or so of kahlua Doesn't that sound fantastic?
