Coffee Cake Recipe

I think everyone should have a great coffee cake recipe to fall back on when you need a dessert to serve to friends.Here it is!

Topping:

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Combine in a bowl, mix, and set aside.

Cake:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 cups flour
• 8 oz. sour cream

In a small bowl, mix first 4 ingredients together. In another

bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Mix alternately with 8 oz.

sour cream. Pour in 9X13 greased pan. Sprinkle topping over

cake mix. Bake 350 degrees 40-50 minutes. (325 degrees if

cooked in a glass pan.)
