Chops and Rice

Here's an easy dinner idea for you to try.

  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 boxes Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice (original)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions:

Wash the pork chops and roll in flour, salt, and pepper. Fry in

olive oil until golden brown. Remove and lay on paper towels to

drain. Prepare the wild rice as directed on the package. Saute

the onion, pepper, and mushrooms n butter until onion is clear.

Pour the prepared rice into a 9X11 inch glass casserole; arrange

pork chops on top of rice and spread veggies evenly over the

chops. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
