Chicken and Cabbage Wa-La`
Sounds unusual? I guarantee you will Love this one!
I was playing around in the kitchen and came up with this, a real Original as far as I know~

Chicken Topping

  • 2 Chicken breasts ? You can cook your own or just buy some pre-cooked chicken in most any store

  • 2 Tb. Butter

  • ½ Onion

  • 2 Tsp. Chili powder

  • ½ C. Salsa

Directions:
1. In a pan add 2 tbl. Butter, ½ onion (chopped fine), 2 tsp. Chili powder. Cook on low until onions are done. Now add your Chicken (sliced in small pieces) and ¾ cup of your favorite salsa and cook it all together. Now set this a side on low to keep luck warm.

Cabbage
½ Head of Cabbage
¾ C. Water
¼ Tsp. Sesame Oil

Directions:
1. In your other pan add 1/2C. Water, and 1/4 Tsp. of Sesame oil and bring to a boil. Add your Cabbage until done (I like mine a little more crunchy than done so I do not cook very lightly). Drain set aside.

Now on your serving plate
1. Line the bottom of your plate with Chinese noodles (I like the dried ones easily purchased in any store). Place your Cabbage on the top of the noodles and then your meat mixture on top of the Cabbage and
WA-LA! This is even GREAT Cold.
