Cheese Olive Balls Appetizer

For something a little unexpected try these Cheese Olive Balls Appetizer. These would be a delicious accompaniment at your cocktail hour with friends or serve them up at your next poker game.

You need:

• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 jar 5 oz green olives

Instructions:

Mix cheese and flour. Melt butter and mix with cheese and flour. Cover olives with mixture to form balls. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
