Caramel Corn
Ingredients for Caramel Corn - 6 Quarts popped corn (Approximately 3 1/2 bags of microwave popcorn, Butter flavor is great.)
Bring to a boil: - 1/2 cup Dark Karo
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
Boil 5 minutes then add 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. butter flavoring. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Place on a large cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Thanks Leticia, from Rotan, TX for the recipe.
