Caramel Corn

Ingredients for Caramel Corn

  • 6 Quarts popped corn (Approximately 3 1/2 bags of microwave popcorn, Butter flavor is great.)
  • Bring to a boil:

  • 1/2 cup Dark Karo
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt

Boil 5 minutes then add 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. butter

flavoring. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Place on a large

cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
