Beef Tacos

Not your standard beef tacos recipe, this is loaded with flavor, but equally as easy. Spicy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 7.5 oz can Chilpotle Chiles/Peppers in Adobo sauce

  • 1 2 pound package thin steaks (Milanesa works well)

  • flour tortillas

  • grated cheddar cheese

  • sour cream

  • lettuce

  • 1 container of Pico de Gallo or make your own.

Quickly cut steaks into strips.

Cook the steaks with the Chipotle Peppers and sauce, I just put them in the crock pot or fry them on the stove.

Then put them in the food processor, and chop them up.

Put cheese on tortillas first, then meat and add other toppings.

We kept this in the fridge and made tacos at a moment's notice for about a week.

Great!
by: Tiffany

These were wonderful and spicy! Such a nice change from the tacos I usually make. My husband says they're a 10, so that's always good. One note, unless you like it really HOT, do not double the peppers in this recipe :)

I wish you would have left your name, so I could thank you, but you know who you are.

Thanks for taking time to share your beef tacos.
