Beef or Cheese Ravioli or BOTH!

by Stephanie
(Music City USA)

Quick, Easy, Inexpensive and Delicious!

This is one of my all time favorite quick meals!

  • 2 pkgs Frozen Ravioli (you can get beef, cheese or both)

  • 1 Jar of Paul Newman Vodka Sauce (my personal fave)

  • 1 Deli container of fresh grated cheese (I use Asiago or Parmesan)

  • 1 Box of Frozen Texas Toast with cheese or garlic

  • Olive Oil

Boil Ravioli's according to package directions. They are done when they POP up to the top of the pan.

In a saucepan, heat the Vodka Sauce

Bake bread according to package directions. Usually only takes 5-7 minutes.

Drain Ravioli. Pour a small amount of Olive Oil on ravioli to keep from sticking.

Place Ravioli on plate, spoon Vodka Sauce as desired, top with fresh cheese according to taste. Serve with Texas Toast!

You can also add a salad to this meal. Looks like you spent hours on this meal! But it only takes about 15 minutes to throw it all together!

Easy Ravioli
by: Ann

Fast, easy, but I did not use the "vodka" sauce - just plain spaghetti sauce - served it to the kids and they loved it. (Make sure you give the kids bibs and have handi-wipes available.)
