Want tacos that won't fall apart when you bite into them? Then you've got to try these baked tacos.
After cooking the ground beef and minced onion, drain the grease. Season it with taco seasoning (according to package directions.)
Stir can of refried beans into the meat.
Scoop meat/ bean mixture in to the shells. Place shells in pan.
Top with cheese and bake at 400 until cheese is melted.
You can then add traditional taco toppings such as lettuce and tomato, or you can eat as is. They're good either way!
This Beef Quesadilla Recipe is similar and equally delicious if you prefer flour tortillas. A big thanks to my sister, Tara for the recipe and for the photo!
