Baked Potato Dip

Make this baked potato dip, and all of your friends will be begging for the recipe. Best served with Ruffles Ridges potato chips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 c grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 slices fried crumbled bacon OR jar of real bacon bits
  • Chopped green onions or chives to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until hot and bubbly.

This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated, just make sure to add some additional baking time to make sure it's warmed through.
