Appetizer Cheese Ball Recipe

I've tried a lot of different appetizer cheese ball recipes, and this is by far the BEST I've had! Our family usually makes this at Thanksgiving and Christmas, but why save it for a special occasion?

Here's what you need:

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese (1 package) softened
  • 2 small jars of Old English Cheese
  • Garlic salt to taste (we love garlic, so we use at least 2-3 tablespoons) Trust me this is what makes it so delicious!
  • Crushed pecans

Instructions:

Combine the first three ingredients, divide it in half. Roll each half in the crushed pecans. *Tip- the easiest way to roll the cheese in the crushed pecans is to put the pecans on plastic wrap and use the plastic wrap to press, shape, and coat the cheese.

Once shaped, leave wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerate if you'd like to let it take a slightly firmer shape. You can serve immediately though, unwrap and put on a beautiful plate! I like to serve this with Ritz Crackers or Triscuits.

I know you will enjoy this cheese ball recipe!
