Almond Bark Covered Pretzels

almond bark covered pretzels, almond bark coated pretzels

Almond Bark Covered Pretzels are a favorite family holiday tradition. My mom makes batches of Christmas Candy every year, and this is always one of our favorites. This holiday candy is very easy to make, but does take some time. Well worth it for this delicious candy coated sweet and salty pretzel.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package almond bark
  • 1 large bag pretzels
  • candy sprinkles

Break almond bark into cubes. Heat in the microwave according

to package directions. The key to success here is slowly

heating the almond bark. If you overheat, it will set up like a

paper weight! Dip pretzels in bark and lift up with a butter

knife, tapping off excess bark. Lay on waxed paper or foil.

Sprinkle with candy sprinkles. If your bark starts to get too

thick, heat again in the microwave 30 seconds at a time on 50%

power, until soft and creamy again.
