New England Clam Chowder

Ingredients for New England Clam Chowder

  • 4-6 cans minced clams
  • 3 small potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes. Fry bacon in a

pan large enough to hold entire recipe. Add onions; fry for 3-5

minutes. Add clam juice, potatoes, salt, and pepper and cook

for 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook until potatoes

are tender. Can use more potatoes for a thicker chowder. Delicious!
