Creamy Cheesy Broccoli Soup
Ingredients for Creamy Cheesy Broccoli Soup: - 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- 1 qt. heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions: Steam broccoli; drain and set aside. In a pan, melt butter or margarine; add cream cheese, Velveeta, and heavy whipping cream. You may use a wire whisk. Bring to a boil and add garlic powder. Combine cheese mixture with drained broccoli.
