Corn Casserole Delight

Mmmm...this corn casserole delight is so good! I'd like to suggest it as a side dish recipe for you to use tonight.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Cream Corn

  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn

  • 1 Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

  • 3/4 Cup Sour Cream

  • 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Butter

  • 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Egg

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and put in greased 8X8 casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let set for 20 minutes before

serving.
