Broccoli and Rice Casserole
This broccoli and rice casserole makes a great side dish recipe. It's an easy casserole that tastes great too! Ingredients: - 2 Cups Raw Rice (Cooked according to directions for 14 Minutes)
- 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese (chopped in chunks)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. Frozen Broccoli
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions: Combine and cook in 9X13 inch casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
