Banana Pineapple Cake

Want to try a different cake recipe? This Banana Pineapple Cake may be just what you're looking for.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups diced bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions: Measure the dry ingredients and sift together. Dice and measure bananas and add to dry ingredients along with oil, vanilla, eggs, and crushed pineapple. Stir to blend, but do not beat.

Pour into greased tube pan and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool.
